Terms of Use
Effective date: September 9, 2026. Buildora Tracker is published by Seminole Winds Technology. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's applicable terms.
Buildora Pro subscription
Buildora Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription priced at $9.99 per month in the United States, or the equivalent price shown in your local App Store. Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you received one. The subscription renews automatically at the same price each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Your project data
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for keeping any records required for accounting, tax, construction, lending, insurance or legal purposes. Buildora is a project-management and cost-tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, engineering or construction advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Buildora to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, interfere with or overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.
Connected services
Optional Dropbox, QuickBooks and AI integrations depend on those providers remaining available and on your authorization, and are governed by their own terms. AI features are included with Buildora Pro and are subject to reasonable use limits.
Availability and changes
Features may change as Buildora develops. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Buildora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seminole Winds Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Buildora and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
